Galliford Try formed a prestigious residential project following the successful delivery of an earlier scheme for the same developer at Vincent Square. On the bank of the River Thames, the development provides 121 apartments over two buildings; one at nine storeys tall and the other at 12 storeys high. A further 18 affordable homes are provided within the two blocks, delivering 139 homes in total. All the apartments have been designed and built to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
In consultation with Briggs & Forrester (MEP) Ltd, Thermotec were asked to provide a complete design and installation scheme, in compliance with the latest environmental and technological heating systems. Thermotec delivered a fully integrated floor build up system from the sub-floor base to the final floor screed using our TPA11 Aquafloor underfloor heating system and insulation using standard thermostats. The project was managed, installed and supervised by Thermotec, and was delivered on time and within budget.
