Student Accomodation

The purpose built, student accom-modation facility comprises of 39 cluster flats of between 5 and 8 en-suite bedrooms, each with a very large shared kitchen/lounge providing homes for 289 students. In addition, there are 58 en-suite studios including a number of DDA requirements. The studios feature there own kitchen, living and study areas. 2014 RESI awards winner for delivering exceptional service and student experience within the Student Accommodation Sector.

Student Accomodation

In consultation with Essex Services Group PLC, Thermotec were asked to provide a complete design and installation scheme, in compliance with the latest environmental and technological heating systems. Thermotec delivered a fully integrated floor build up system from the sub-floor base to the final floor screed using our TPA11 Aquafloor underfloor heating system and insulation and standard dial thermostats. The project was managed, installed and supervised by Thermotec, and was delivered on time and within budget.
